crieckx Platform Rules

By creating an account, accessing the crieckx website, using any crieckx mobile application or affiliated platform, or placing any bet or wager through the crieckx service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the crieckx platform regardless of the device used to access the service, the payment method used, or the geographic location of the user at the time of access, subject always to the eligibility restrictions described in Section 2.

crieckx reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — affecting bonus terms, withdrawal limits, or account rules — crieckx will publish a notice on the platform homepage and update the "Last Reviewed" date shown above. It is your responsibility to review the current version of these terms periodically. Your continued use of the crieckx platform following any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated terms.

To register and maintain an account on crieckx, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. crieckx does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, play, or place bets on the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Registration in the name of a business, trust, or other legal entity is not permitted.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner and authorised user of the payment account(s) linked to your crieckx account. You may not use payment accounts belonging to third parties.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player with crieckx or any affiliated platform at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during your membership.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director , or agent of crieckx or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers, unless written permission has been obtained from crieckx management.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any other person when registering or operating your account.

crieckx takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you will be required to submit government-issued identity documents confirming your date of birth. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate. Until age verification is complete, crieckx may impose withdrawal restrictions on your account.

crieckx is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law. It is the sole responsibility of each player to determine whether accessing and using the crieckx platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering or depositing funds. crieckx makes no representation that its services are lawful in all jurisdictions.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active crieckx account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment details, or the same device — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. crieckx employs technical and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and any pending bonuses or winnings may be voided.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, and mobile number. You are required to update your account information promptly if any of these details change. crieckx accepts no liability for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the player.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. crieckx will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify crieckx support immediately via live chat or email.

crieckx reserves the right to request updated or additional verification documents at any time during the lifecycle of your account, including in connection with large withdrawal requests, changes to payment methods, or if our compliance team identifies unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.

Account registration on crieckx is free of charge. crieckx will never charge a fee for account creation, identity verification, or routine account maintenance.

crieckx accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC-20 network). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for mobile financial services (MFS) and equivalent amounts for card and crypto deposits. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day are displayed within the cashier section of your account and may vary by payment method.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your crieckx balance within 1–3 minutes of confirmation. USDT deposits are credited following standard blockchain confirmation (typically 3–6 network confirmations on the TRC-20 network). Card deposits may be subject to bank processing times outside crieckx's control.

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed by our payments team within the following target timeframes:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: Within 15 minutes to 2 hours for requests below ৳50,000, subject to compliance review.
• Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank): Within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• USDT (TRC-20): Within 30 minutes to 4 hours depending on network congestion.
• Visa / Mastercard: Within 3–5 business days subject to card issuer processing.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 for MFS methods and equivalent for other methods. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the cashier section and may be adjusted for VIP players based on account tier.

crieckx does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, MFS provider, or blockchain network may apply their own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the player. crieckx strongly recommends checking applicable third-party fees before initiating a transaction.

All balances on crieckx are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). USDT deposits and withdrawals are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, as displayed in the cashier section. crieckx is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

crieckx offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available. Where a conflict exists between the specific bonus terms and these General Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus terms shall take precedence.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all crieckx promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and free bet winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. The standard wagering requirement is displayed on each offer page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10–20%). The full contribution schedule is published on the Promotions page.
• Bonus Expiry: Unclaimed or unexpired bonus funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or per bet. Placing bets above this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Single Account per Bonus: Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts constitutes fraud.

crieckx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to the condition that any bonus already credited to a player's account and actively being wagered will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of crediting, except in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.

All games available on the crieckx platform are supplied by licensed third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. Each game operates according to the rules and mathematical models established by the respective provider. The applicable rules for each game are accessible within the game interface itself. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game before placing a bet.

All slot games, table games, and random-outcome games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and certified for fairness. crieckx does not alter, influence, or override the outcome of any game supplied by its providers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages, where published by providers, are available within individual game information panels.

For sports betting and cricket markets, odds are compiled and updated in real time by crieckx's sportsbook team. crieckx reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was published in error, where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault, or where a match result or event is officially cancelled or abandoned. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the player's account.

The use of any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage on the crieckx platform is strictly prohibited. Any account found to be using such tools will be suspended immediately and all associated winnings may be voided.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crieckx platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with crieckx.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the crieckx platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Using any exploit, glitch, or software vulnerability in the crieckx platform or in any game to gain winnings that would not have been achievable through normal gameplay.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing crieckx support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the crieckx platform, its games, or its software infrastructure.
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any self-exclusion, account restriction, or deposit limit that has been applied to your account or another player's account.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or MFS provider without first exhausting crieckx's internal dispute resolution process. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in permanent account closure and recovery action for any amounts withdrawn prior to the chargeback.

crieckx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without advance notice where crieckx has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, is engaged in fraudulent activity, poses a risk to the security or integrity of the platform, or where account closure is required for compliance with applicable law or regulatory guidance.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will generally be notified by email within 48 hours of the suspension unless notification is prevented by an ongoing investigation or legal obligation. During the suspension period, the player will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or place bets. The outcome of the investigation will determine whether the account is reinstated, permanently closed, or referred to the relevant authorities.

Where an account is closed as a result of a confirmed breach of these terms, any bonus funds and associated winnings derived from the breach will be forfeited. Where no breach is established, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last verified payment method within 14 business days of the closure decision.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and crieckx with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which crieckx holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through crieckx's internal process will be referred to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in our licence conditions.
